Families are encouraged to research the acceptance policies for each AP course with prospective colleges.
Current FAHS students can earn college credit for advanced courses through our Dual Enrollment Partnership with Reading Area Community College. Taking college-level courses is a great way for students to experience classes taught at the post-secondary level, help boost GPA and also may enhance the appeal of a student’s academic record for college consideration.
Tuition is currently about $100/credit.
Student transcripts will reflect the final grade in the aligned high school course. Please consult www.collegetransfer.net or www.patrac.org for information on credit transfers.
